A grants programme worth 80,000 EUR intended to support the nongovernmental organisations from the regions of Cahul and Ungheni was launched on 1 July. The financial assistance comes from the European Union as part of the EU4Moldova: Focal Regions Programme funded by the EU and implemented by UNDP and UNICEF.

The grants will go to NGOs registered in the districts of Cahul and Ungheni for projects that contribute to a better access of vulnerable groups to existing, new, or improved public services.

This call for applications will lead to the selection of at least four project proposals that will receive the financing. The maximum amount requested per project shall not exceed 20,000 EUR.

The terms and conditions of the competition and the forms that applicants must fill out are available at https://sc.undp.md/tnddetails2_1/2305/
